Product Description

YUXI's zinc bracelet anode is cast in low-iron, high-purity zinc alloys which is effective in seawater and saline mud where temperatures are limited to 120 degrees F. Our bracelet anode is preassembled with plated mild steel clamping attachments and can be manufactured in various sizes to fit for major pipelines. Bracelet type zinc anode is usually fixed to the surface of cylinderical protected metal structures and shaped like bracelets. With good corrosion resistance and stable protection effect, our bracelet anode is widely used in various industrial fields for corrosion prevention.

01 | Are You A Manufacturer or Trading Company ? We are an experienced manufacturer, and also licensed to export globally. This scales up our competency of supply chain ── enabling us to quickly deliver the products to comprehensive customers in specific fields.

02 | When Can I Get A Quotation ? We will do our best to respond within 3 business day (Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) when we received your inquiry. If you are in urgent to get the quote, please visit our official website or call us directly. Do specify the dimensions, quantity and delivery location, if you preferred to get a quick reply.

03 | Can I Get A Sample ? We are pleased to offer the samples upon the payment of nominal sample fee and freight charge. But the sample cost can be refund if your first order that meets the specified value.

04 | How Long Will It Take To Get The Samples ? Generally regular sample in stock can be delivered in 7-10 days after receipt of payment. But it takes around 15-20 days if the goods are out of stock.

05 | What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity ? The MOQ varies depending on the product. Please feel free to check with us for specific items.

06 | What Is The Lead Time for Bulk Orders ? For most regular items, the standard lead time is approximately 45 days. For customized items, the estimated lead time will be advised by our sales representatives. However, actual production time normally depends on order quantity and specifications.

Equipped with state-of-the-art experimental facilities and detection apparatus, we constructed first class engineering laboratory approved China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, including corrosion simulation lab, material synthesis lab, electrochemical property testing lab, chemical composition testing lab and physical property testing lab. To comply with international industry standards, our anodes are qualified by ASTM, ABS, DNV, CCS, BV, ISO 9001. Extra testing requirement is available upon request.

09 | What are Your Payment Terms? T/T and L/C are the most common forms of payment, specific terms can be discussed with you prior to you issuing a purchase order.

10 | What Logistics Methods You Can Work For Shipment ? We support both sea and air freight options: sea freight for cost-effectiveness and air freight for speed. We have reliable partnerships with major air freight carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx. Please let us know your preference. A full set of shipping documents (including proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) will be prepared for custom clearance.

11 | How About Your Product Warranty ? We employ ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and rigorous internal testing standards to ensure the optimum lifespan and performance of our anodes. Each anode is labelled with a unique serial number for quality tracking.

Product Description

Our anode is made from special high grade (SHG) zinc ingots with 99.995% purity. The high-purity composition ensures the anode material is more resistant to passive films. 2. ASTM - B418 Type II

Electrochemical Properties
Being a high voltage conductor, zinc has a greater negative electro-chemical potential than other metals. As such, it does not easily cause overprotection which leads to coating disbondment and hydrogen damage of high strength steel. There comes a time and place where no other material beats zinc as a sacrificial anode - when it is docked or anchored in seawater, brackish water or saline mud for long periods of time.
