Zinc Anode is an excellent choice for saltwater, where the resistivity is generally lower.Zinc alloy anodes is mainly used to protect marine structures such as fishing boat,leisure boats,submarine,rudder,ballast tank,offshore platform,oil pipeline etc.Different shapes of zinc anode are available,disc anodes,rod anodes,bracelet anodes,plate type zinc anodes etc.All our zinc anode can provide CCS,ABS,BV certificate if needed,pls donot hesitate to contact us for further discussion. The Zinc alloy type is the well-established fomulation based on MIL-A-18001 K specification and it is suitable for general seawater applications. Its low electrochemical capacity makes it suitable mainly for coated structures were the current demand is significantly reduced.The zinc anode have a variety of use in marine industry. These anodes used for the protection of structures in numerous aqueous environments, Its application is limited at the temperature range below 60ºC or when the alkalinity is high. This is due to the polarity reversal occurred to zinc/ iron half cell under the above mentioned conditions.
